Did you guys hear about this? Borders bookstore is closing. All of them! I'm so upset! Borders was such a great store. It had so much more selection then my local Barnes and Noble. Whenever I couldn't find an 'Avalon' book (or any other book) at my local store, I could almost always find it at Borders! It's very sad, especially for all those people losing their jobs :(
The kindle and e-books are now the thing, and I can't help but think they might've had something to do with Borders demise. I hate those e-book thingys
Well, some good did come of this. The whole store is 20% to 40% off, even the DVDs and music. So in the past few weeks I've gone and stocked up. I bought about 20 books total, plus my mom bought a ton of CDs for under 200 dollars. It was all birthday money I'd saved up. But wow! It was a real bargain, considering CDs are usually 15 dollars, as are most large hardcover books. So if there's a Borders near you definitly go and get some get deals!
No it can't we only have barns a nobles and i can't find anything I don't even think they carry avalon nonononono
